Well, its the end of our first four week computer course for 2016!.  We have had the pleasure of welcoming over 60 new learners and nearly as many student volunteers to the sessions.

It’s great to meet and work with new participants of the ILP.

Hopefully the experience of involvement encourages people to continue on their journey of learning, whether it be keeping up with technology or engaging in one of our eight week modules which cover subjects such as Genealogy, Lifewriting, Politics, Science or Psychology.

For us in the ILP it is a win win situation, we get to see and hear everyday the special dynamic that intergenerational learning creates both for younger and older students. Without doubt one of the biggest learning outcomes for both generations is that in the right environment we can all learn from each other and better still, we can have fun doing it.

If you would like to avail of our FREE computer course call us on 01 7007423 or email ilp.info@dcu.ie
Our 4 week computer courses are funded by a grant from the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources as part of the BeneFit 4 programme.
